This website is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no tracking scripts. We collect personal data only when you actively contact us — by phone, WhatsApp, or email — namely: your name, contact details, and the content of your message.
To respond to your inquiry, prepare an offer, and perform a contract if we do business together (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep records required by Czech tax and commercial law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Inquiry correspondence is stored in our business email and internal dealer-management system, hosted within the European Union.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the processing by WhatsApp/Meta is governed by their own privacy policy. Vehicle photos on this site are served from our EU-hosted storage. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
